At Evara - Elevate, we strive to ensure a positive learning experience for all our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • The course or class was not delivered as promised.
  • A technical issue from our platform prevented access to the course or live session, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The student withdraws from a course before it begins (subject to tutor-specific refund terms, if applicable).

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Partially completed self-paced courses.
  • Missed live classes due to personal scheduling conflicts.
  • Dissatisfaction with the teaching style or course content unless explicitly stated in the course's refund terms.


2. Tutor-Specific Refund Terms

Each tutor may set their own refund policy for their courses, which will be outlined on the course detail page. Students are advised to review these terms carefully before purchasing a course.



3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@evara-technologies or through the help section on the platform.
  2. Provide the following details:
  • Your name and registered email address.
  • Course name and tutor name.
  • Reason for requesting a refund.
  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date or payment date, whichever is applicable.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If payment was made in Indian currency (INR), refunds will be processed in INR. For international payments, currency conversion rates at the time of refund may apply.


5. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, Evara - Elevate reserves the right to make the final decision based on the information provided by the student and tutor.



6. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the user's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
